Woodinville is the new hot spot of wine touring. New satellite tasting rooms, particulary from Walla Walla, are sprouting like mushrooms. Besides the stalwarts Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia, Woodinville is now home to over 90 wineries, wine bars & tasting rooms, and hosts several large annual wine-tasting festivals such as Passport to Woodinville, St. Nicholas Day, Auction of Washington Wine, and Washington Wine Highway.
